Gallery Hotel Art - Lungarno Collection Florence

I had a wonderful stay at Gallery Art, part of the Lungarno Collection. The location was perfect, just steps away from Ponte Vecchio. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the continental breakfast at the nearby sister hotel. I would highly recommend Gallery Art for a great stay in Florence.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the centre of Florence. It is in a wonderful area, very close to everything. The rooms are beautifully done up, with comfortable furniture and exquisite bathrooms. The service is professional and helpful, with friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast in the morning is simple but perfect, and the views from the penthouse are absolutely stunning.

There is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been a nice addition.

Great location, quiet, superb staff, spacious rooms, good for tourists and business travelers.

Location away from all the restaurants in Lake Placid: The hotel was situated in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the restaurants in Lake Placid. Staff: The staff at the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.

Not obvious to find: The hotel could be a bit tricky to locate initially, as it wasn't immediately obvious from the main road.

The hotel had a great location, just a stone's throw away from all the major attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the rooms were tastefully designed and comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day of work.

I must admit that the lighting in the rooms was a bit dim. It made it difficult for me to work and read comfortably in the evenings.

Despite being a bit on the pricey side, the hotel's location was exceptional, right in the center of Florence and by the Vecchio bridge. We enjoyed exploring the area, and there was a great restaurant around the corner. The room had a wonderful view, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day.

The lifts in the hotel were small and occasionally broke down, causing inconvenience during our stay.

The hotel's location near Ponte Vecchio was ideal for exploring the city on foot. The bar with its terrace and light food offerings was a cool hangout spot.
